Finally some pics...

The starting point, dover ferry terminal at silly o clock on the Friday morning.

The boring but accurate route

Packed into the ferry

Nice campsite and plenty of space for our two tents and the Mazda

Someones rather expensive drive on the way to the circuit

View from our seats

Thorno

Didn't realise the extent of the gradients around this track until you walk it, stunning views and big hills!

Lots and lots of shots like this,  i'll not be uploading all of them you'll be pleased to know  Tongue

Lewis, yes he was there and boy did the crowd cheer when Button and Lewis got taken out on the first lap

There was some traffic on the return journey, but with the roof down, tunes on, the sun shining and a great weekend had, we really didn't care!

And yes that is a chick giving us the peace sign, for some reason we were attracting lots of attention with Thorno standing up in a 2 seater convertible, with the steering wheel on the right side of the car, taking photos of everyone and every thing Grin

....

Seeing those pics takes me back!

Why didn't you take the Eurotunnel? It's so fast and easy. I know a great little hotel in Dover run by a biker if you ever need one.

Here's one of mine - I best start a new thread : -

Looks like you were sat at the Bus Stop chicane and pit entrance and walked up to Rivage. I can't wait to go there again - BIALI trackday at Spa?

Thumbs up
