Expanding the Quick Reply box....

In Safari browser on Mac Leopard (tartan instead of spots), you can drag the bottom righthand corner to expand.

However, it gets tedious when at the bottom of the monitor (where I have my Dock in hidden mode) and as one writes more or has a physical depth of quote. Some forum softwares have little up and down arrows just above the top righthand corner to expand - Is that something which can be 'switched on' in this forum please? TSN have it, for example.
